3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on any past-due invoices.

5. Limitation of Liability

Day & Night Plumbing, Heating & Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising out of the use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County.
